Kim is a savvy digital marketer and self-confessed “email geek” with 6+ years experience in email marketing and CRM.  She moved into the world of digital marketing within a CRM/email marketing agency with no prior knowledge of email marketing. It was there that she developed a love for all things digital and worked on some of the agency’s biggest clients, including Sainsbury’s, Hotel Chocolat, and Pottermore (yes she did get free chocolate and also loves Harry Potter!). 


Her love for email marketing continued where she spent 2 years working as an email marketing specialist for the biggest humanitarian charity in the world (British Red Cross), there she helped shaped and developed the email marketing strategy for the education department and supported the team through times of extreme humanitarian crisis such as the attacks of 2017.


Kim is now working as a CRM Manager for, an online beauty company specialising in home-use beauty devices (named as one of the fastest growing e-commerce company in the north). Kim is responsible for planning and delivering the global CRM strategy across the company to encourage customer retention and customer loyalty. Her role also involves ensuring the customer database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities and customer journey mapping to analyse customer’s touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.


A data-driven self-confessed geek by day, by night, Kim enjoys becoming a creative explorer. She loves to draw and paint and has her own art blog ( and art instagram (@brushedwithlovexo). As part of her creative process, Kim is a keen photographer and loves to travel to new places where you she can get inspiration for her paintings.


Kim also loves to meet new people, pretending to be Beyonce or Mariah Carey at Karaoke and dancing like no one’s watching. She has a dynamic and infectious personality and has been described as a “pocket rocket”.
